Reminder, It’s Actually Matt Chandler’s Wokeness That’s Disqualifying. Here are Some Examples

If you haven’t seen Matt Chandler’s video yet of him announcing he would be stepping down after he was caught “inappropriately” text messaging another woman who isn’t his wife, you can check that out here. Since his announcement yesterday, there’s been a lack of patience in waiting for the full truth to come out before making judgments. In that, I would like to encourage you—it’s possible that this is actually a big nothing burger and the him stepping down in light of it is an overreaction. We really just don’t know what actually happened, and they really didn’t reveal that much.

That being said, there is actually plenty to disqualify Chandler from the pastorate. Namely, it is his aberrant theological woke-ism that he has repeatedly spread throughout not only his church, but his Acts29 network as well as Evangelicalism as a whole.
