Reformation Charlotte has reported on a number of disgusting things that the Russell Moore and Ed Stetzer-promoted National Institutes of Health (NIH) has carried out over the years–but perhaps there is nothing more troubling than the latest revelation. If you think this is a joke, it is not; you will be reading this correctly.

The NIH has spent nearly $8-million dollars on a gay sex project carried out by Columbia University for children ages 13-18, paying them hundreds of dollars to report their gay sexual activity.

As Big Tech continues to censor conservative publications like ours, we must increasingly rely on supporters to continue our work. Much of our work, particularly as it revolves around a biblical worldview on social and cultural issues, isn’t even allowed to be shared on social media anymore. This reduces our traffic and causes us to move more of our work exclusively to Substack. “The ubiquitous nature of mobile phones in daily life, especially among 13-18 year olds, has created opportunities for health interventions in a portable format with enhanced privacy,” reads the abstract to the study. “Using a participatory approach, our study will incorporate user-centered design in the translation of the MyPEEPS intervention onto a mobile platform. MyPEEPS Mobile will be tested in an RCT with racially and ethnically diverse HIV-negative or unknown status YMSM aged 13-18 at four geographically diverse sites: Birmingham, Chicago, New York City, and Seattle, allowing for increased generalizability of findings.”

The NIH spent roughly $300 thousand to develop the app, called myPEEPS in 2012-13. Since children are unable to provide informed consent to this study, the project leader was able to secure a parental permission waiver from NIH in order to carry out the study without parental consent or knowledge.

The study collected sexual information on minor boys as young as 13 the “number of male anal sex partners and frequency of sexual acts with male partners (with and without condoms), sex under the influence of substances, and uptake of pre-and post-exposure prophylaxis, as well as testing for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections at 3-, 6- and 9-month follow-up.”

The study claimed to be for the purpose of creating interventions for HIV and AIDS “among diverse sexual minority cisgender young men, aged 13-18 years.” Yet, there propaganda all over social media seemed to be far more aimed at normalizing aberrant sexual behavior in underage children.

Keep in mind that this is the same NIH, which was headed by Francis Collins, who Southern Baptist leaders like Russell Moore and Ed Stetzer insisted we trust because Collins is a “Christian” and an “ally” to the faith community. Despite this, Collins has overseen and carried out various unethical projects through the NIH ranging from animal abuse, abortion, and LGBTQ promotion–and now this.
