Amid Coronavirus, Kansas City Will Not Allow People To Go To Church Unless They Register With the Government

This coronavirus outbreak has done nothing more except accelerate the ultimate endgame for tyrannical politicians in this country. For anyone who believes that what we’re seeing today is merely about safety and science, you are naive and deceived. Where we are today is closer to exactly where our government leaders want us — feeding from their hands and submitting to their authoritarian control over our lives.

The primary target of these authoritarian tyrants has been conservatives — particularly, the conservative religious. In New York City, Christians and the Jewish community have been on the top of the hit list for far-left mayor Bill de Blasio who threatened to close churches permanently if they failed to follow the stay-at-home order and threatened to round up Jews and toss them in prison for the same thing.

Now, Kansas City has issued an order for all churches and businesses to register their members along with their addresses and telephone numbers so the government can “track” them for “safety.” However, not all businesses will be required to do so — including grocery stores, liquor stores, and grocery stores, which have been deemed “essential.”

The Liberty Counsel is taking this case and reported:

I am running out of adjectives to describe how completely insane the tyrannical abuses launched by state governors and local officials against pastors and churches are becoming. It is as if these leaders never bothered to so much as glance at the Constitution they swore to uphold and defend. They seem to be governing from some make-believe, dystopian viewpoint.

Yesterday, we received a desperate call from a Kansas City, Missouri, church whose local government is reaching new and terrifying heights in destroying our constitutional freedom. The Kansas City government is now DEMANDING that churches turn over membership lists, along with the names, telephone numbers and physical addresses of anyone who enters a church! This order also applies to all businesses.

The new order states that by recording names and contact information, the health department will be able “to more quickly trace, test, and isolate individuals who may have been exposed to COVID-19.” Anyone who does not provide this information should be refused entrance!

Check Out the New “Jesus Mecha Christ” “Transformer” Toy

A transforming Christ-meets-mecha toy? Yes, the “Jesus Mecha Christ” transforming toy actually exists. It's like someone sat down and said, “How can I mock both God and basic decency in one fell swoop?” This isn’t art or satire—it’s an abomination born from the unholy...

Christmas Hymn Review: Away in a Manger

Previously, I wrote an article calling for discernment while scrutinizing the lyrics of the popular Christmas song, Mary Did You Know? I knew it would be a provocative piece, as it was meant to be. However, my intent was not to dissuade you from enjoying these tunes,...

Christmas Song Review: Yes, Mary Did Know

The Christmas season has a way of draping everything in nostalgia. Familiar carols, the warm glow of lights, and the cozy rituals of family traditions tend to stir something deep within us. But more often than not, I hear a song that makes me stop and think—sometimes...

Don’t Lose Sight of the Gospel in the Incarnation of Christ

Christmas is upon us again—the season of twinkling lights, cheerful songs, endless shopping, and, yes, Santa with his elves performing acrobatics on our bookshelves. The world, predictably, is consumed with the “season” itself, offering little more than cheap...
