2022 has been a year of revelation in the Southern Baptist Convention. Lines are being drawn and churches, pastors, and leaders are being clearly defined as either faithful or apostate—the gray area in between is fading quickly.

In 2022, Florida’s flagship Southern Baptist megachurch, First Baptist Orlando, has been exposed as a gay-affirming godless, gospel-less false church being led by wolves who care more about offending the anti-Christian left than they do about the eternal lives of unrepentant sinners. To explain, First Baptist Orlando has been caught red-handedly baptizing openly-gay practicing unrepentant homosexuals and allowing them to join the church and serve as members in good standing.

This is not conjecture or hyperbole, The Dissenter in conjunction with Justin Peters Ministries has looked deep into the accusations at First Orlando and have found all of them to be true.

In February of 2022, The Dissenter reported on First Baptist Church Orlando’s capitulation to gay ideology. It began when the associate pastor and former chair of the North American Mission Board (NAMB) took the stage to boast and brag how the Southern Baptist church included homosexuals, transgenders, pro-abortion activists, and every other kind of God-hater in their church and allowed them to serve.

A week later, the lead pastor, David Uth, took the stage to double down and even stated that not only would they continue doing what they are doing, but they were partnering with NAMB to plant even more churches with the same unbiblical ecclesiology. Thanks to the research of Justin Peters and Casey Butner, the smoking gun of gay affirmation has now been found at the Florida megachurch, First Baptist Orlando.

You can read more about these findings at these two links:

But all that being said, at least this church is holding in-person services on Christmas morning. Unlike the swath of Evangelical and Southern Baptist megachurches that are making excuse after excuse to close for Sunday morning, this gay-affirming apostate church will actually be holding in-person services on Christmas Eve and Christmas morning.

According to the description from the YouTube video linked below, “You can join us in person or online on December 24th at 3:30 or 5:30pm OR December 25th at 10am. We look forward to experiencing Christmas with you, your family, and friends.”

There is a lot to be said when even a completely apostate church like First Orlando, with open, flaming homosexuals, transgenders, pro-abortion Democrats, and more who serve and join the church, still holds service on Christmas morning when other churches that claim to stand on the Word of God as their final authority in all things do not.
