Todd White is the false teacher and faux faith healer who is known for his parlor tricks such as leg-lengthening and other fake healings. A simple perusal of White’s videos and teachings compared to Scripture easily reveals this to discerning Christians. Reformation Charlotte has run a number of articles exposing the false teachings of Todd White and will continue to do so. Today, Todd White makes the list as number 23 on our False Teacher of the Day series.

First and foremost, Todd White is a blasphemer. Todd White has made numerous claims about God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit that are not only unbiblical and false but outright disgusting and horrible. For example, White once preached to his audience that Jesus climbs up into bed with you when you’re watching pornography and he “wants to be your climax.”

If God desires to save a man, he does not hover around and engulf himself in the sin of man — he turns his heart to repentance and faith. If He turned His head as not to gaze on His Son shouldering the sins of the world, He certainly is not gazing with you at pornography. Even in the context of the point White was trying to make–as disgusting as it is–it’s still false and the Scriptures confirm that it is false.

But the face of the LORD is against those who do evil, to sever their memory from the earth. — Psalm 34:16

Todd White has also blasphemed the Holy Spirit by comparing Him to a “pooping dog.” In one video, we see Todd White comparing the Holy Spirit to a dog going outside to poop and then wagging its tail with excitement for being let back inside. The Scriptures compare dogs to unregenerate blasphemers and idolaters.

Outside are the dogs and sorcerers and the sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood. — Revelation 22:15

Todd White is also a narcissist–as are most charismatic false prophets–and has a habit of comparing himself to Jesus. He once said that Jesus didn’t defeat Satan as God, but as a man — which is false — and then used that to put himself on par with Jesus.

Below is a video of Todd White addressing his critics and, once again, comparing himself to Jesus for “being hated,” and being “spoken evil against.”

White has also made a number of false prophecies, including that all sexually transmitted diseases would be healed at his Awaken the Dawn conference–that prophecy never came to pass. He also claimed that a man he met (who says he didn’t know anything about Christianity) went to Hell and that Jesus showed up in Hell to save him.

And, of course, as with all charismatics, Todd White is a proponent of the false gospel known as the Prosperity Gospel. The Prosperity Gospel–also known as “Health and Wealth Gospel,” “Name it and Claim it,” and “Word of Faith”–is a perversion of the biblical gospel that teaches that the primary purpose of Jesus’ death and resurrection is to create material gain for those who have enough “faith.”

In the video below, he is teaching the false Word of Faith teaching that physical healing is the fruit of repentance.

Of course, for a man who says that Jesus didn’t defeat Satan as God, but as a man — and therefore, man can be like God — it should come as no surprise that White continues to blaspheme the Holy Spirit. Todd White is a rank heretic — there are no two ways about it. Todd White not only teaches prosperity theology but is a fake faith healer who practices such parlor tricks as leg-lengthening.
