The Old Catholic Church believes itself to be the true representation of the Catholic Church and separated from Rome in the late 1800s. Somehow, as they all claim to be, that one true church has now turned into nothing but a joke—a caricature of the Roman Catholic Church—that ordains literal circus clowns to the priesthood.
Union Seminary graduate, Shannon Kearns, a biological woman who claims to be a man and goes by the stage name, Father Shay, is now the first “openly transgender man” who was ordained to the Old Catholic Church priesthood. According to her bio, Kearns “is a writer, speaker, and theologian from Minneapolis, Minnesota” who is also”the co-founder of Queer Theology, a collection of resources designed to uncover and celebrate the gifts that LGBTQ people bring to the Church and the world, and the ways in which Christianity has always been queer.”
What better way to express your queerdom than by defiling the Bride of Christ with your blasphemous, disgusting “queer theology.” God will not be mocked, but these people continue to drag the name of Christ through the filth of their rebellion—the day of judgment will not be easy for these unrepentant blasphemers.
