MAZECH MEDIA — A woman has filed a $2 million lawsuit against a North Carolina Pastor she accused of urinating on her while she was sleeping during flight.
Daniel Chalmers, a pastor at Catch The Fire Raleigh-Durham church, was accused of peeing on the female flight passenger on a Detroit-bound flight from Las Vegas on October 12.
Alicia Beverly, 28, said she “woke up feeling something warm on her body and when she looked up to her right, she observed Mr. Chalmers standing next to her shaking his exposed penis.” according to the complaint. She said that she then noticed that Mr. Chalmers urinated on her and she started screaming.
When Police asked the suspect whose breath smelled alcohol, about what happened, “I peed on her,” Chalmers allegedly replied, according to the report. “I thought I was going to the bathroom,” he reportedly said.

Chalmers’ blood-alcohol content was .017 upon testing, according to the Winston-Salem Journal.
The victim, Alicia Beverly has now hired an attorney Geoffrey Fieger, who filed a $2 million lawsuit against Chalmers.
