Southern Baptist-Endorsed Organization Hosts Nancy Pelosi to Address Christian Professors

The National Association of Evangelicals (NAE) is a network of Christian groups with a globalist, open borders agenda that supports amnesty for illegal immigrants and opposes traditionally conservative political ideology.

Russell Moore, head of the Southern Baptist Convention’s Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission (ERLC) strongly endorses this organization which is tied to Moore’s Evangelical Immigration Table (EIT)–a George Soros-funded institution.

The National Association of Evangelicals models both conviction and cooperation. When the NAE speaks, it is with careful theological reflection and with a tone that never compromises the gospel of Christ or the mission of the church. As the Body of Christ engages often complex questions facing civil society, it is a blessing to have a strong, unifying, biblically-anchored ally in the National Association of Evangelicals.

Earlier this week, the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities (CCCU) held a conference addressing presidents from over 180 different Protestant universities and colleges worldwide, tackling subjects such as immigration. The CCCU is one of many groups that make up the EIT.

Interestingly, the supposedly conservative Christian association invited arguably the most liberal politician in any American political office today, Nancy Pelosi, to not only talk about immigration, but faith.

Because people have faith, they believe. They believe in God and believe in themselves. They believe in the goodness of others, the charity of others. It gives them hope Faith is the strength and has always been the strength, of our country. It is also a country full of love.

Just days after some of the most horrific abortion bills were passed in America, the Christian Post reports that Pelosi specifically addressed immigration, referencing “human dignity” and “worth.” Praising evangelical leaders, including Russell Moore who was present at the conference, she continues while praising Galen Carey, the vice president of government relations for the NAE, for his advocacy on the immigration issue,

I have worked with some of you in this room over time on the immigration issue and the evangelical community has been in the lead on it for a long, long time — being there for so many strong initiatives for comprehensive immigration reform, respecting the dignity and worth of every person

With another government shutdown looming in the near future if a deal isn’t reached between the White House and Congress, Pelosi is leveraging support from the evangelical community to put the pressure on President Trump to abandon his support for a border wall. If not for common political reasons, why else would a God-hating liberal Democrat be invited to address a room full of conservative Protestant evangelical leaders?

Do two walk together, unless they have agreed to meet?

Survey Shows the Church Can’t Even Define Family Anymore

Apparently, we now live in a world where less than half of “regular churchgoers” can coherently define the word family. Family Research Council’s (FRC) latest 2025 survey reveals that 68 % will say, “Marriage is between one man and one woman”—yet only 46 % think...

The Word of God is the Sword of Politics Too

They say politics doesn’t belong in the pulpit—that the Church must stay “above” the fray, aloof from the rough-and-tumble of the public square. But what they really mean is that the Bible is too sharp to touch their idols. It cuts too close. It exposes too much. The...
