David Fench, a political commentator at the National Review — who also happens to be in bed with the leftist wing of Evangelicalism — has joined hands with progressive Southern Baptists such as Russell Moore of the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission (ERLC) and president of the denomination, J.D. Greear to congratulate and extend a warm welcome to Joe Biden as their future pastor-in-chief. After years of relentless attacks on the current president Donald Trump over his “character flaws,” these men now praise Joe Biden for carrying the moral high ground despite the fact Biden opposes God from every conceivable angle.

In a recent piece at his personal blog titled May God Bless President Biden, David French asks, though he may disagree with Biden on policy issues, “since when do we require perfection or agreement to appreciate a good moment in a man’s life, especially when he has endured such terrible grief, including the recent death of his beloved son?”

Now, let that sink in for a moment. French, who claims to be a Christian and runs in circles with Southern Baptist elitists, demands we set aside our policy differences with Joe Biden because he has endured “terrible grief” in his life. Nevermind that Joe Biden wants to kill babies, force the LGBTQ agenda down your children’s throats in public schools, steal from hard workers to give to sluggards, destabilize the nation through open-borders policies and defunding law enforcement, and silencing the gospel by flushing religious freedom down the proverbial toilet. David French wants Christians to embrace him — all while he wanted Christians to reject Donald Trump.

FACT: Donald Trump is not a Christian. He may profess Christianity, but he does present the fruits of a born-again believer.

FACT: Donald Trump has done more for the unborn over the last four years than the vast majority of the professing Church, especially David French and his ilk.

FACT: Joe Biden is not a Christian. He is a Roman Catholic, but he is certainly no Christian. In fact, he does not even believe and follow what the Roman Catholic Church teaches on morality, let alone follow the Scriptures and believe in Christ.

FACT: Joe Biden has done nothing in 47 years to advance the cause of the Church, promote righteousness in our nation, defend the freedoms of Christians, or to give a voice to conservatives. In fact, he has fought for the exact opposite.

Joe Biden does not hold the moral high ground between him and Donald Trump. Hell, he wants to kill babies and force you to pay for it against your conscience. That alone should be enough to set any Christian against him. But his list of moral failures far exceeds anything Donald Trump could muster up. It’s just that these progressive leftists don’t see an anti-Christian agenda as immorality — and that’s what’s wrong with the Church.
