Michael Brown Says a Witch “Sincerely Desires” to See People Saved, He’s More Concerned About Discerning Christians

Michael Brown is the world’s premier apologist for the ancient heresy of Montanism. Montanism is the heresy that teaches that certain spiritual gifts, such as prophecy, continue today and that it is possible to receive direct, divine revelation from God apart from Scripture. The heresy has been re-packaged in modern times into what is known as the charismatic movement. Charismatics hold to the unbiblical position that the apostolic sign gifts, such as tongues, prophecy, and the gift of healing are still for the Church today.

While Brown has consistently aligned himself with extreme charismatics like Todd White, Benny Hinn, and Bill Johnson of the Cult of Bethel Redding, today, he tried to distance himself from one well-known false teacher who is steeped in witchcraft but stopped short of saying that she wasn’t “sincere” in desiring people to come to Jesus.

Jen Hodge and her husband, Ken are leaders of a witchcraft cult known as Christalignment. This cult is known for practicing such things as cold readings, Tarot cards, and have even held topless dancing at their Christalignment events. They even take and post photos of naked people online at their event.

Why is it that Michael Brown has such a problem calling a heretic a heretic? Because he is a heretic. He endorses heresy and heretics regularly. He can say that he doesn’t endorse her practices. But someone who literally practices witchcraft as a profession and tries to label it as something “Christian” is the epitome of who the Scriptures refer to as idolaters who will not see the Kingdom of God. Brown says she’s “sincere.”

Let’s be clear — Jen Hodge is not a Christian. She is no more “Christian” than a mambo out of Haiti who practices voodoo. Yet, Brown “doesn’t question her sincerity or desire to see people come to Jesus and be saved.” Her “Jesus” — like anyone else who believes that Jesus will overlook this idolatry — is a false Jesus.

Brown, however, has no problem calling discerning Christians out though. In fact, he’s far more concerned about discerning Christians than he is about this wicked witch.

You see, he’s more concerned with those “hyper-critics,” like the Apostle Paul, John, Jude, Peter — even Jesus Himself — than he is about someone neck-deep in witchcraft and cloaking it in Bible verses.

Michael Brown is one of the most dangerous people in all of Christendom because of his desire to bridge the gap between true and false Christianity.
