Speaking at a pro-abortion rally in Minnesota, a pro-choice “pastor” says that if you don’t support abortion, your faith is “too small.”

T. Michael Rock serves as one of the Co-Pastors and Teachers at Robbinsdale Parkway United Church of Christ in Robbinsdale, Minnesota and he is also a faculty member at the Center for Congregational Spirituality and adjunct faculty at United Seminary of the Twin Cities.

Rock is also well-known for his workshops and retreats focused on the heretical Eastern mystic practices of Centering Prayer and Contemplative Practice.

“Spread that word to my not-so-kind Christian colleagues who are all about restricting access,” Rock said during his speech at the pro-abortion rally. “When our faith says, expand access. And I would say if you have any faith at all, then have your faith be as big as possible.”

“And if you don’t have faith for a person who is pregnant to make their own choices,” he continued, “then your faith is, well, way too small. If you’re going to think that religion somehow says we need to restrict access because of God, then your God is way too small.”

“The whole point of a spiritual life for a person of faith is to have faith and to grow your expression, to grow your heart, to grow in love. That’s who we are. And I’m tired, sick and tired of our Christian colleagues demanding that there be restrictions to this access.”

We Need to Address the Church’s Bondage to Hollywood

If our church members fall into the habit of frequenting the theatre, we shall soon have them going much further in the direction of vice, and they will lose all relish for the ways of God. If theatre-going became general among professing Christians, it would be the...

If Evangelicals Want to Become Catholic, We Should Let Them Go

Let them go. Really, let them. If your spiritual appetite can be satisfied by the incense-choked pageantry of Rome—by genuflecting before a golden cage of transubstantiated flour—then it was never Christ that you hungered for to begin with. If you're willing to trade...
