Raphael Warnock, the pro-LGBTQ pro-abortion senator and “pastor” from Georgia never ceases to amaze me with the amount of Scripture twisting he can concoct in order to advance his ungodly cause. Warnock recently preached a sermon claiming that Isaiah 40:5 was about having queers and homosexuals offer their perspectives on God’s glory in order that the rest of us might see it better.

Isaiah 40:5 states:

And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed,
and all flesh shall see it together,
for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”

But, for Warnock, he says he’s come to see this verse now is, well, wild to say the least.

In God’s spiritual geography, there is equity, there is integrity, there is possibility. And finally, he says that all flesh shall see it together. There is inclusivity. All flesh shall see it together. What a great line, the glory of the Lord shall be revealed.

He then blathers on for a few minutes about equity and a bunch of heretical Marxist junk. Then he finishes with

That’s where I hear our LGBTQ sisters and brothers standing up saying those of us who are straight and heterosexual that you don’t know what it’s like to live in my body, to have my experience. And they’re standing up in their own way and saying me too. And before you shut them down, recognize that there are some things that you can only see from certain perspectives. It takes all flesh to see what God is up to in the world.

Of course, in a sense, he’s right. All flesh will have a different perspective and those who unrepentantly hold to their rebellious ideologies such as homosexuality, Marxism, and other anti-Christian views will have a perspective from the lake of burning sulfur.
