After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands… —Revelation 7:9

Apparently, according to some, this is now a prooftext of LGBTQ inclusion in the church. Of course, this text has nothing to do with including unrepentant rebellious sinners in the Church and everything to do with God’s wider mercy extending grace not only to the Jews first but also to the Gentiles.

The video is Pastor Woodrow “Woody” Dixon, of Ontario’s Jubilee CRC, who made a 5-part vlog series advocating queer affirmation in the church in the months leading up to the Christian Reformed Church’s synod, which conclusively shot down that proposition, according to WokePreacherTV.
