Jesus Culture Worship Leader Runs For Congress

We need your support. As big tech continues its crackdown on conservative blogs, our days on these platforms are numbered. Go Ad-Free plus get Exclusive Member-Only content by subscribing to us on Substack!

Jesus Culture is a worship band out of the controversial Bethel Church in Redding, California led by the charismatic New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) “Apostle,” Bill Johnson. Bethel Church is a cult and is known for its fake healings and parlor tricks along with glitter and chicken feathers coming out of the ventilation system, to which they ascribe to the Holy Spirit.

A few weeks ago, Bethel Church took a controversial turn towards embracing homosexuality and accepting gay church members. Mother Goddess is worshiped at the church and one of the pastors has blasphemously claimed that Jesus asked him for forgiveness. The church affirms Roman Catholics as Christians and one student even left the controversial school that is run by the church, citing false teachings and doctrines of demons.

As Big Tech continues to censor conservative publications like ours, we must increasingly rely on supporters to continue our work. Much of our work, particularly as it revolves around a biblical worldview on social and cultural issues, isn’t even allowed to be shared on social media anymore. This reduces our traffic and causes us to move more of our work exclusively to Substack. Members who subscribe to us on Substack will gain exclusive access to all of our work, free of ads and other annoying pop-ups, as well as member-only access to our podcast archive and controversial moderated content. Sean Feucht is one of Jesus Culture’s members who holds to these unbiblical beliefs — but to make matters worse, Feucht believes that God has a covenant with America much in the same way God had a covenant with national Israel in the Old Testament. As part of the New Apostolic Reformation — a dominionist cult — their movement holds to an unbiblical belief known as the 7-Mountain Mandate. This belief entails a mandate for Christians to take over seven areas, or “mountains,” of culture: Religion, Family, Education, Media, Arts & Entertainment, Business, and, of course, Government.

Feucht announced his run for congress on Facebook in a video published on his page and launched his campaign site here. “Sean doesn’t look like the average politician, because he’s not. A man of faith, a man of character, a man of mission…” Well, you can watch for your self.
