I Bet You Didn’t Know the Federal Government Has Been Funding Revoice, the “Gay Christian” Ministry

I previously wrote to you demonstrating how the Democrat-backed federal government has been laundering money through USAID and other taxpayer-funded slush funds, funneling it into the hands of anti-American, anti-conservative faux Christian ministries like The After Party.

But there’s more—oh, there’s always more when it comes to the left’s unrelenting war on the church. If you thought the scheme to weaken evangelical political influence ended with Curtis Chang’s laughable After Party, buckle up. Because today, we’re exposing yet another fraud, another deception, another grotesque misuse of your hard-earned tax dollars. And this time, the poison is called Revoice.

Ask yourselves: why would the federal government have any interest in funding so-called “ministries” that promote homosexuality within evangelical churches? Is Washington suddenly full of devout believers desperate to see biblical teaching flourish? Or could it be something far more sinister?

Could it be that the left has realized that the easiest way to dismantle the church as a force for moral clarity is to rot it from the inside out? What better way to neuter the last remaining fortification against the left’s wicked agenda than to subsidize movements that fundamentally redefine sin itself?

Enter Revoice, the “gay Christian” brainchild of Nate Collins—a man whose radical ideas on gender and sexuality were incubated at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (yes, SBTS—the very institution that claims to be a conservative institution).

Collins, armed with a dissertation titled “Virgin as Secondary Gender Identity in 1 Corinthians 7 and Its Jewish and Greco-Roman Background”, managed to convince the seminary, Jarvis Williams, Tom Schreiner, and even Al Mohler, to approve a thesis that essentially argues for a third gender category in biblical thought.

This is queer theory, not theology. This is progressive social engineering wrapped in church-speak, and it was birthed within a so-called conservative institution.

But Collins wasn’t content with just warping biblical teaching within academia—he took his ideology mainstream with Revoice, a movement designed to infiltrate evangelical churches—not progressive mainline Protestant churches, but Southern Baptist churches, Presbyterian (PCA) churches, Reformed churches—with the duplicitous lie that homosexuality, though technically sinful, should be embraced as an immutable identity rather than repented of and mortified.

Collins, along with his cohorts at other ministries like Preston Sprinkle’s “Center for Sexuality,” don’t just advocate for celibacy among “gay Christians”—they push the idea that one’s sexual orientation should be embraced as a God-given, unchangeable part of their personhood.

And he didn’t do it alone. Preston Sprinkle, one of Revoice’s founding board members, has spent years softening the ground for this drivel, acting as the “respectable” academic voice pushing the acceptance of abnormal sexual behavior within evangelical circles.

A man who tries to style himself as biblically faithful is nothing more than useful tool for the progressive redefinition of Christian ethics. If you’ve ever wondered how movements like this gain traction among otherwise faithful churches, look no further than men like Sprinkle, who specialize in wrapping leftist social ideology in a thin veneer of biblical language.

But let’s get back to the money. Revoice isn’t some organic, grassroots movement—it is funded by the same progressive machine that bankrolls every other leftist social engineering project, including Curtis Chang and Russell Moore’s The After Party. And now, thanks to leaked funding reports, we can trace the money directly back to taxpayer-funded sources.

Revoice received $39,947 in taxpayer funds, and while that may not seem like a fortune at first glance, understand this, this is just one node in a vast, tangled web of progressive financial influence.

Again, it might be hard to see, so zoom in, but here’s the money trail.

The funding trail runs through the National Christian Charitable Foundation, an entity that acts as a financial clearinghouse for leftist-aligned grant-making organizations. That fund, in turn, is tied to major organizations that have received hundreds of millions in taxpayer dollars through USAID and other federal grant programs.

And this, my friends, is how the machine works. The federal government knows it can’t openly declare war on the church—not yet, anyway. So instead, it funds the subversion of the church, creating a slow, steady erosion of biblical doctrine until what’s left is nothing more than a progressive social club with a cross on the wall.

The endgame here is as obvious as it is underhdanded—weaken the church, create doctrinal confusion, breed division, and render evangelical political influence irrelevant. A church that affirms homosexuality is a church that will never again stand up against the moral insanity of the left. A church that embraces identity politics is a church that will never again have the moral clarity to hold the government accountable.

A church that loses its spine is a church that will fall in line.

And they’re using your tax dollars to do it.

USAID, once again, is nothing more than a laundering operation for leftist ideology. Your hard-earned money is being filtered through layer upon layer of progressive shell organizations before landing in the lap of groups like Revoice, where it is used to push the normalization of homosexuality inside conservative churches. This is how the left plays the long game. This is how they dismantle evangelical influence brick by brick, doctrine by doctrine.

So here’s the question every Christian must ask themselves: how much longer are we going to sit back and let this happen? How many more once-faithful institutions need to fall before we wake up and recognize that this is a war?

If we allow them to redefine sin, to blur the lines of biblical sexuality, to infiltrate our churches with their subversive ideologies, we will have no one to blame but ourselves when the church is no longer recognizable as the bride of Christ but as a progressive NGO with hymnals.

The left isn’t trying to co-exist with Christianity. They are trying to gut it and wear its skin as a disguise. And they are doing it on our dime.
