John Foreman, the lead singer of the Christian rock band, Switchfoot, recently came out in support of LGBTQ after a concert. According to a story at Faithwire, a “gay Christian” musician who goes by the name Semler–who also topped the Christian music charts in 2020 defeating even Lauren Daigle–yelled out “gay rights” during the concert and Foreman responded in a TikTok video.

In the video, Foreman responded saying, “I support your rights and freedoms. I want you to feel loved and supported. We love and embrace.”

He continued, “We need our differences and it breaks my heart to think that you would not be accepted.”

“You love different than me. You are my sister and my brother. I need you like you need me. Our music has always been for those who are brave enough to jump into the dialogue,” he added. “You and your journey and story are welcome at a Switchfoot show.”

As we continue to watch more and more famous so-called “Christian” celebrities renounce their faith in support of sodomy, the Scriptures warn that the last days will be like the days of Noah (Matthew 24:37-39). Just a couple of years ago, one of the most high-profile Hillsong lead singers, Marty Sampson, renounced his faith which was followed by others, including Josh Harris, a high-profile megachurch pastor, and several others, including a Desiring God author.
