Circus Clown, Bill Maher, Blames Christianity for Capitol Riots

Bill Maher, host of the comedy hour Real Time With Bill Maher, is an atheist who never wastes an opportunity to blaspheme his creator and demean Christians. Maher blabs an awful lot about “mass delusion” when it comes to religion — particularly, Christianity — yet, what Maher doesn’t grasp is that his own grand delusion is what is leading to his own eternal destruction. I pray for his repentance.

“The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, they do abominable deeds; there is none who does good.” –Psalm 14:1

In the meantime, Maher should be ridiculed for his constant assault on Christianity. In a recent episode of his clown show, Maher blamed Christians for the attack on the Capitol following Trump’s rally in January.

“As long as we’re going to go to the trouble of another impeachment trial, we might as well be honest about what it’s really about, the events of Jan. 6 were a faith-based initiative,” Maher said.

Maher then lumped Christians in the same boat and accused those who believe in the “Christian Nationalist” movement of participating in a “mass delusion” that Trump was literally sent by God from Heaven to save them. He then implied that religious freedom in America has been given too much “exalted respect.”

“There’s a lot of talk now in liberal corners about how Republicans should tell their base who still believe the election was rigged that they need to grow up and move on and stop asking the rest of us to respect their mass delusion,” Maher opined. “And, of course, it is a mass delusion. But the inconvenient truth here is that, if you accord religious faith the kind of exalted respect we do here in America, you’ve already lost the argument that mass delusion is bad.”

“It’s fun to laugh at QAnon, with the baby-eating lizard people and the pedophile pizza parlors, but have you ever read the book of [Revelation]? That’s the Bible,” Maher stated as he compared the QAnon movement to Christianity.

“That’s your holy book, Christians. And they’ve got seven-headed dragons and locusts that have the face of men and teeth of lions and other stuff you see after the guy in the park sells you bad mushrooms.”

There are certainly some far-fetched religious fanatics in the QAnon movement — but they aren’t Christians. In fact, some of the most notorious of them don’t even claim to be Christians. One of these religious fanatics who has been oft-repeated as a figure-head in the QAnon movement is actually a “shaman” of some new-age Eastern pagan religion — far more similar to that of Maher’s humanistic paganism than to Christianity.

The Mark Taylors and the Kim Clements — all those false apostles and false prophets claiming to have some divine connection with God regarding Donald Trump — these are not Christians. Those who sport graven images of Mary and Jesus — these are not Christians. And Maher is right, those people are deluded.

But the mass delusion here is that Maher and his ilk actually believe that Joe Biden fairly won this election, and he’s even more deluded to think that the rest of us are somehow just going to believe it. And even more deluded than that is he to believe that this riot at the Capitol had anything to do with “Christian nationalism,” Christianity, or even Trump. But he, like all leftists, is going to pin it on conservatives and Christians.
