If anything is a gross violation of the First Amendment Constitutional right to free speech, it’s this. In a recent interview with Joe Rogan, Facebook’s CEO, Mark Zuckerberg admitted that his company censored the Hunter Biden laptop story on its platform due to a general request by the FBI to restrict “election misinformation.”

When asked by Rogan about censoring the Hunter Biden laptop story, his response was horrifying:

So we took a different path than Twitter. I mean, basically, the background here is the FBI. I think basically came to us some folks on our team and was like “hey, just so you know, like you should be on high alert. There was we thought there was a lot of Russian propaganda in the 2016 election. We have it on notice that there’s about to be some kind of dump of…that’s similar to that. So just be vigilant.“

Conservatives have noticed for a long time that the large social media platforms have been going out of their way to censor conservative information. Under the guise of “fact-checking” and “misinformation,” these companies have managed to silence conservative speech with little to no regard for the massive amounts of actual misinformation coming from the left.

Particularly, at stake, has been conservative Christian media. In fact, this publication has experienced over a one thousand percent drop in algorithmic reach on Facebook over the last two years despite the fact that we haven’t lost any page likes or follows. Facebook’s algorithm has simply determined that our views should not have the same reach as leftist views.

But while many of us knew that it has been government agencies undermining the constitutional rights of American citizens all this time, it is actually a rather shocking admission coming from Zuckerberg.
