Talk about twisting the Scriptures to one’s own destruction, not much comes as close to that truth found in 2 Peter 3:16 as what you’re about to watch. A queer “Christian” took to social media on “world AIDS day” to tell us that what the Bible teaches us in 1 Corinthians 12 isn’t about the body of believers being given spiritual gifts to carry out the work of Christ in the way they are gifted, but instead, it’s about all people suffering from the same venereal diseases as others who have contracted these diseases because, well, we’re all part of the “same body.”

It is world AIDS day and this is a Christian reminder that the body of Christ has AIDS.

1 Corinthians says Christ is just like the human body. God has placed each parts in the body just like God wanted. If one part suffers, every part suffers. You are the body of Christ and parts of each other.

Which means that as long as there are people living with HIV/AIDS and suffering, Christ and all of us who belong together in Christ have AIDS. And for as long as there are people living with HIV/AIDS and thriving with it, Christ and all of us who belong together in Christ have AIDS.
