Ever wonder what happens when you remove all semblance of civilized life from a society? Ever seen the movie Lord of the Flies?

This is what Bill DeBlasio’s New York City has completely devolved into.

Under the (lack of) leadership of NYC mayor DeBlasio, the once-great city has completely deteriorated into a chaotic mess that gives a modern twist on the classic tale. There is no governance and there is no accountability. The citizens of the city have now devolved into a free-for-all with a kind of “last man standing” effulgence to it.

In the video below, you can see one man running around the streets of NYC trying to bash in the windows of a police car. But, that alone is not news — that’s been going on for months…years. What makes this especially curious is to watch him do it without clothes. Completely nude.
