Speaking at the Veritas Forum last night at N.C. State University, during a panel discussion sponsored by Neighborly Faith — an ecumenical organization that seeks common ground between Christianity and Islam — with Muslim idolater, Omar Suleiman, Greear said that Christians should be fighting for the rights of other non-Christian religions because the parable of the good Samaritan taught us that’s what Jesus did.
It’s interesting to note that Greear made a similar argument about Christians standing up for the rights of LGBTQ people last year.
