The popular Contemporary Christian Music artist, Lauren Daigle, was recently under fire for going on the Ellen DeGeneres Show in October.

“I think the second we start drawing lines around which people are able to be approached and which aren’t, we’ve already completely missed the heart of God,” Daigle told WAY-FM Radio.

Now, in a recent interview with Domenick Nati, she exposes her heart, referring to Ellen as a joyful, beautiful person that shouldn’t be judged.

Asked if she felt homosexuality to be a sin, she said,

You know, I can’t honestly answer on that. I have too many people that I love that are homosexuals. I don’t know.

That alone shows her true motives. She says she has too many people that she loves that are homosexuals. Yet, she doesn’t love them enough to tell them the truth. The Scriptures are clear–God hates homosexuality and those who practice it will not receive the kingdom of God.  (1 Corinthians 6:9-11)

I actually had a conversation with someone last night about it. I can’t say one way or the other. I’m not God, So, when people ask questions like that, that’s what my go to is. I just say, ‘Read the Bible and find out for yourself. And when you find out, let me know because I’m learning too.

But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people. For among them are those who creep into households and capture weak women, burdened with sins and led astray by various passions, always learning and never able to arrive at a knowledge of the truth. 2 Tim 3:1-7
