Tennessee Legislator Introduces Bill to Restrict Drag Queens Entertaining Children at Public Libraries

Drag Queen Story Hour is a disgusting trend plaguing the country that any sane, moral person would find reprehensible — especially when young children are subjected to it. However, in today’s revolutionized sexual climate, perverts, crossdressers, and even convicted sex offenders are entertaining children in public libraries across the country and indoctrinating them as early as they can see and talk into a pro-LGBTQ lifestyle.

One legislator in Tennessee, however, is taking aim at the trend and has introduced a bill that would restrict and put into place parental oversight boards that would have to approve or disapprove any events that take place at these places. The vast majority of these drag queen events are executed by activists — many of whom actually operate the libraries — and attended by activist parents. Many of these events will see as many protesters (if not more) than actual attendees to the events, essentially making the tax-payer funded facilities off-limits to anyone who doesn’t want their eyes burned out of their sockets during these lewd displays of debauchery.

Tennessee HB2721 has been introduced by Andy Holt which would install a governing body to oversee these events and disallow any “age-inappropriate sexual material” that includes “any description or representation, in any form, of nudity, sexuality, sexual conduct, sexual excitement, or sadomasochistic abuse,” that “taken as a whole, appeals to the prurient interest of minors,” is “patently offensive to prevailing standards in the adult community with respect to what is appropriate material for minors,” and “lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value for minors.”

Further, any library personnel who would fail to follow the guidelines of the bill would be subject to a five-hundred-dollar fine and a misdemeanor charge.

Of course, much of what’s in the bill is still subjective and open to interpretation and, theoretically, depending on who is on the governing board and overseeing the events, the drag queens could still go on unimpeded. However, at least this would give the community and other sane people a voice and a chance to say what happens with their tax dollars.

Bethel’s Glitter Bomb Finally Went Off — And It Reeks
