Earlier this year, the infamous wild-eyed Southern Baptist lady-preacher, Beth Moore, announced that she was following charismatic race-baiter, Dwight McKissic “off the bus” of the Southern Baptist Convention after she said she could no longer identify with the positions the denomination officially stood for.

In a recent interview with Ed Stetzer–one of the former heads of LifeWay who is responsible for a massive amount of heresy that has been peddled over the years–on the ChurchLeaders Podcast, Beth Moore explained that in 2019 when she preached a Mother’s days sermon to both men and women on Sunday morning from the pulpit of her church, complementarians came after her and she realized that she needed to make an exit from LifeWay, the Southern Baptist entity that published her materials.

Also, during that interview, she argued that it “just doesn’t make sense” that the biblical role for women in the Church doesn’t involve preaching. Arguing that because she wasn’t “seeking” the “top spot” as “senior pastor,” that her preaching to the church–a function of a pastor and a role reserved for men–should be acceptable. To all of this, Ed Stetzer gives a hardy “Amen!”
