One of the practices by fake blasphemous “faith-healers” like Todd White and Shawn Bolz is that they practice a form of deception called cold readings. Cold readings–a technique used by psychics to feel out their patients to be able to make statistically high probability predictions based on a bit of information they’ve been able to glean from a prepping conversation with them–have gained popularity in charismatic circles as a means to try to prove that these people have some kind of special connection with God to legitimize their witchcraft.
What follows is known as the Barnum effect, which is, as described by Wikipedia, “is a common psychological phenomenon whereby individuals give high accuracy ratings to descriptions of their personality that supposedly are tailored specifically to them, yet which are in fact vague and general enough to apply to a wide range of people.”
Here, you can see Todd White practicing this over the phone with a Sirius-XM salesperson who obviously sounds Indian and who, statistically speaking, had a very high probability of playing soccer at some point in his life since soccer is one of the most popular sports in India.
Notice that Todd White doesn’t actually predict that this man actually played soccer in high school; instead, he makes a vague guess and gleans from the man himself that he played it in high school while leaving it vague enough for him to change the topic, if necessary. But since his high-probability guess was correct, he was able to move forward with a vague description of an injury which–which everyone has at some point during their sports life–and is able to steer the man into describing his injury as problematic.

Again, this is part of the Barnum effect; the man is simply going along with what Todd is saying and responding to Todd White with confirmation of accuracy that is likely disproportionate to reality.
