Yesterday, Reformation Charlotte reported that governor of California, Gavin Newsom, issued an apology after he was caught at a birthday party for a friend in Napa Valley.

In the apology, Newsom stated that it was an “outdoor” party and that he apologized for not following his own executive order by gathering to celebrate.

“A few weeks ago, I was asked to go to a friend’s 50th birthday… A friend I’ve known for almost 20 years. It was in Napa… It was an outdoor restaurant. The program started at 4 o’clock, I got there a little late… I made a bad mistake. Instead of sitting down, I should have stood up and drove back to my house,” said Newsom.

Turns out, he was lying. Who would have guessed?

Fox 11 Los Angeles has obtained photos of this “outdoor party” and, well, it’s anything but outdoor. The photos clearly show the gathering indoors as people sit closely together, not socially distanced, and nobody wearing a mask. The photos were obtained by Bill Melugin and the photos below are courtesy of FOX 11.
