A while back, Reformation Charlotte reported that Joyce Meyer had acknowledged that she had been preaching a false gospel — the prosperity gospel — and that she had learned from it.
“I’m glad for what I learned about prosperity, but it got out of balance. I’m glad for what I’ve learned about faith, but it got out of balance,” Meyer said in the video. “Every time somebody had a problem in their life, [I thought] it’s because they didn’t have enough faith. If you got sick it’s because you don’t have enough faith. If your child died, it’s because you don’t have enough faith.”
Well, so much for that.
In a recent sermon she “preached,” she explains to the audience that if they continue to seek God diligently, “payday will come.”

Meyer is neck-deep in the prosperity gospel. She is a fraud and a charlatan who serves no other purpose except to please herself with material gain. Remember, this is Beth Moore’s spiritual mama who Moore admires and looks up to for spiritual advice and counsel. And let’s also not forget that Southern Baptist leader, Russell Moore says “an SBC that doesn’t have a place for Beth Moore doesn’t have a place for a lot of us.”
