It is not unusual for progressives to turn their pulpits into launching pads for their socio-political ideological views, and sadly, it is not unusual for Black progressives to throw Black conservatives under the bus. But it is a growing phenomenon that these churches are mostly full of White liberals who sit and applaud as Black pastors berate Black conservatives.
Watch this video of Kenneth Pettigrew of Green Street United Methodist Church in Winston Salem, NC berating Candace Owens, North Carolina’s Lt. Governor Mark Robinson, and other Black Conservatives for “hating their black skin” and refusing to celebrate pride month and Juneteenth.
As you can see from the image below, the congregation is filled with mostly White people.
