As the struggle between the progressives and the conservatives intensifies around that nation, it is also growing exponentially within the Evangelical Church, particularly the Southern Baptist Convention, as the leftists are beginning to remove whatever veil they had left covering their godlessness.

Dwight McKissic, a racist, anti-gospel charismatic tongue-babbling black nationalist who masquerades as a shepherd of God’s people has done more to harm the body of Christ than possibly any other Southern Baptist pastor in history. McKissic, a Marxist and a socialist egalitarian, has regularly traded the gospel and the mission of the Church for social activism, called for slave reparations, and repeatedly maligned true defenders of the faith as “racists” and “white supremacists.”

Not only has McKissic stated that the founders of the Southern Baptist Convention were not saved because they were slave-holders and that their history must be eradicated, but he has also argued that voting for pro-abortion Democrats is no different than voting for Republicans who want to “place children in cages.”

Let’s also not forget that Dwight McKissic is really good friends with our potential next Southern Baptist Convention president, Bart Barber, who continues to run cover for McKissic.

But now, he’s taken his liberalism to new heights not yet revealed by him as a Southern Baptist pastor—he is now openly supporting the right to murder a child.

In a recent Twitter thread, McKissic argues that pregnancy is a “consequence” of a choice rather than, as the Scriptures put it, “a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb a reward.” (Psalm 127:3) As long as the child was conceived by the consensual choice of the parents, he argues, they merit legal protection. However, if the child, through no fault of his own, is not conceived by consent of both parents or by incestual consent, that child has no right to protection. That child is less than human.

I honestly never thought I’d see the day when a Southern Baptist pastor, a prominent, involved, and an outspoken one at that, would openly admit that he supports abortion in these cases. McKissic’s argument demonstrates that he is driven by leftist political ideology over biblical ideology—the two are completely incompatible. And when asked to take a stand, he repeatedly

Here’s the thing: he knows that his position is incompatible with Scripture. He knows what the Scriptures say—he concedes that here. But he decides he’s not going to abide by Scripture and “respect the mother’s choice” if she wants to kill her child.

Is this what a Christian thinks? Is this how a Christian pastor should act? Would he hold the same position if the child were older, already born? Why do these “exceptions” only matter if the child is unborn? This simply demonstrates that he doesn’t believe God when he says that all life is made in His image.
