A 38-year member of McLean Bible Church, Sal Cordova, who has been doing extensive work exposing the underhanded shenanigans perpetrated by the elders of the Church, says that he was threatened with arrest this past weekend for attending service.

“The church I’ve been a part of, McLean Bible Church, for the last 38 years,” he said in a video published on his YouTube Channel, “had threatened me with arrest and jail time for attending their worship services.” He continues, “I was threatened with arrest and jail time if I ever returned to the properties.”

Cordova is also who exposed another campus pastor, Mike Kelsey, for blatantly stating that he finds it difficult not to “torch all white people” in reference to the Black Lives Matter movement.

He then details the events as he recalls them surrounding the altercation between him and the church officials.

McLean Bible Church, which is pastored by David Platt, has been in serious decline over the past few years since he took over the role of senior pastor. Platt has led this church–which has traditionally been very conservative–into a new “woke church” movement that embraces the social gospel and social activism. A large portion of the church sounded the alarm against Platt and the underhanded behavior of the staff during a recent election for three nominees to the elder board. The elder vote originally failed and David Platt blamed the dissenting group for being “divisive” when, in fact, it turned out that the elders did not follow the church’s bylaws in selecting and presenting the elders to the congregation for a vote.

Since then, the church has been embroiled in legal defense while throwing disagreeing members out. This is where Cordova explains:
