Saddleback Church pastor, Rick Warren, who is famous for his Purpose Driven series of books and lectures, is a well-known seeker-sensitive pastor who is ecumenical, compromises the gospel, and affirms things that God forbids.

Recently, Warren, who at the time of this writing is a Southern Baptist, ordained three women to the pastorate of his church in Lake Forest, California despite the Scriptures which forbid this practice as well as the official Southern Baptist statement of faith.

Rick Warren stands with Roman Catholics, Muslims–he prayed to Isa, the Muslim Jesus–and even affirms non-Trinitarians like T.D. Jakes. Rick Warren also held hands with famous sodomite, Elton John, and quipped “If we kiss, it’ll be the kiss heard around the world.”

In the video below, John MacArthur discusses the serious problems with the compromised gospel of the Purpose Driven Life and Rick Warren’s theology. MacArthur says that Warren’s theology will ultimately lead to apostasy.
